GLACIAL TRAIL NEWS ANNUAL GLACIAL TRAIL

BACKPACK EVENT

Coming May 4-5, 2012

                                  Publication of Badger Trails, Inc.

This event is a three day, two night backpack trip or day pack hike through the Northern Kettle Moraine State Forest.

It is within a two hour drive of Milwaukee, Madison, and Green Bay.

The Kettle Moraine trail consists of approximately 18 miles of connecting trails through Kettle Moraine

State Forest Northern Unit.  This rugged and hilly terrain was formed by the collision and

subsequent melting of the Lake Michigan and Green Bay lobes of the Wisconsin glacier

over 10,000 years ago.

Use or possession of alcoholic beverages and/or controlled substances will be cause for your registration with Badger Trails hike to be canceled and you will forfeit any and all rights to future activities.

Inside you will find this year’s registration form. Please be sure to list the Scoutmaster’s name on the registration form. This makes it easier to keep our records up to date.
